  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be:

    • In the same condition as you received it

    • Unused and in its original packaging

    • With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


📦 How to Start a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with the return address and instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange.


💳 Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a replacement? If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send you a new one at no additional cost.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items
